The double doors open into the hallway, where a wide staircase leads to the galleried landing. To the right is a seating area with large two and three seater settees and coffee table, providing a tranquil space, away from the TV area.

Adjoining this living area is the elegant dining area, ideal for those nights when you choose to eat in.

An archway from the dining room leads into the spacious, modern kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and double sink with waste disposal unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of appliances from kettles and coffee maker to electric can opener. It also has all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you’ll need as well as ample storage for any provisions you purchase.




Beyond the kitchen, the breakfast nook provides a spacious but less formal dining area with triple aspect windows looking out onto the pool deck.





A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the magnificent living room. Double-height ceilings and triple-width sliding patio doors give a light and airy feeling. This large, comfortable room contains two large settees, armchair, coffee and side tables and an armoire, containing the television, DVD player and PS2. There is a selection of DVDs, PS2 games, books and board games for your entertainment.


Leading off from the living room there are two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the rooms has twin beds, the other room has a queen bed and patio doors leading onto the poolside area. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and their own TVs with cable. The en-suites both have baths with over bath showers, vanity units and toilets.

Your beautiful pool and spa speak for themselves. Whether it’s an early morning dip, a day relaxing, or an evening unwinding, you won’t be disappointed. The screened pool/patio area catches the sun from first thing in the morning until early evening. The pool and spa can also be heated if you so wish and have underwater lighting to enhance your evening pleasure. Lanai screening covers the whole of the poolside area, which stops unwanted insects from spoiling your pleasure and spa controls have been fitted within the screening.

The large patio has plenty of room to soak up the sun on the loungers provided, but has an area of shade with a ceiling fan for a respite from it. Patio furniture also includes a table and chairs. A bathroom, with toilet and wash hand basin is also located on the patio for your convenience. The patio doors leading to the living room and downstairs bedroom have alarms which sound when they are opened. This can serve as a warning that a child has exited onto the poolside area.


Returning to the entrance hall, under the stairs there is useful bathroom with toilet and wash hand basin and

to your left is the door to the large carpeted games room with pool table, air hockey, table football and electronic dartboard. Access to the utility room, which has a washing machine and tumble dryer, is gained from the games room.






Ascending the stairs you come to the minstrel gallery, which looks down onto the living room. It has a luxurious chaise longue, a table and lamp, plus a selection of books for an hour’s tranquillity.



To the left, at the top of the stairs, is the impressive master suite. With a massive king size bed, elegant bedroom furniture and TV with cable, this spacious room provides the comfort you deserve. Catching the early morning sun makes this a lovely room to wake up in.


Leading off is the truly wonderful en-suite. The first thing to catch your eye will undoubtedly be the enormous shower cubicle, which you’ll probably spend longer in than you intended. For your additional comfort there is also an oval bath, his and hers vanity units (with overhead mirrors with lighting and space to store your toiletries), a separate toilet and a walk-in wardrobe with both hanging space and shelves.




At the other end of the minstrel gallery you will find two more large bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. Both have built in wardrobes and TVs with cable. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, over bath shower, vanity unit and toilet.


Within the gated community of Highgate Park there is also the bonus of a tennis court and children’s play area.
